Our agreements, written plainly.
Templates and summaries published before a signature is requested. The commercial terms land closer to legal review than a discovery call.

We take commercial legal terms seriously. Our approach is short: no dark patterns, no hidden escalators, no auto-renewal surprises, and every template published at a URL you can link to in a vendor questionnaire.
The documents
Each page is a plain-English summary with the section structure your counsel expects to see. Signed versions ride with your Order Form.
- Terms of Service Commercial terms for institutional customers.
- Privacy Policy What we collect, from whom, and why.
- Acceptable Use Policy What customers and users can and cannot do with the platform.
- Master Services Agreement The MSA template for enterprise engagements.
- Data Processing Addendum Standard DPA. Available pre-contract.
How we negotiate
Most terms are negotiable. Publishing the template upfront means your review starts at specifics rather than at a clause hunt. Standard turn time from redline to countersigned is three to five business days for the commercial body; DPAs typically clear in one.
Public-sector engagements follow the procurement authority's preferred paper (state master contract, cooperative purchasing, grant-aligned SOW). We flex to that.
Data and privacy
Our parent Foundation's 501(c)(3) charter legally forbids behavioral advertising and the sale of individual user data. Those commitments flow down to Elitesgen, Inc. through our Services Agreement with the Foundation. They are structural, not promotional.
For the operational detail, see /trust/privacy and /trust/data-processing.
Point of contact
For contract questions, write to sales@elitesgen.com. For privacy, DSARs, and DPA questions, write to privacy@elitesgen.com. For security matters, see /trust/security.
Elitesgen.org is the Foundation's site. Donation, membership, and the flagship app live there; no commercial terms live on that domain.
Elitesgen, Inc. is wholly owned by Elites Generation Foundation, a 501(c)(3) whose charter legally forbids behavioral advertising and the sale of individual user data.
Questions? Legal or privacy.
