Elitesgen, Inc. builds, operates, and sells the platform. We employ the engineers, designers, researchers, and go-to-market staff who make the product work day to day. We sign the enterprise contracts. We run the infrastructure. We carry the commercial risk.
The mission lives upstream of us, in Elites Generation Foundation. The Foundation owns the intellectual property through a services agreement, appoints the majority of our board, and sets the commitments we cannot unwind. Free core platform for individuals. No behavioral advertising. No sale of individual user data. No dark patterns.
This arrangement is unusual. It is also the point. A buyer asking "what stops you from changing your mind in three years" gets a structural answer, not a values page.

Revenue runs the company. Profit shares support the mission.
Subsidiary revenue from enterprise contracts, institutional deployments, and subscription tiers funds engineering, customer success, partnerships, security, and the rest of the operating cost base. We target the same operational discipline as any mid-stage software company.
A portion of subsidiary profits flows back to the Foundation every year. Those funds support the free core platform for individuals and Foundation-subsidized deployments in Title I schools, FQHCs, and HBCU/MSI institutions.
We also execute grant-funded work contracted from the Foundation, where a mission-aligned deployment is best handled by our engineering team with Foundation capital behind it. Those engagements are scoped as standard services agreements with disclosed terms.
Remote-distributed. Market-rate. Mission-locked through the parent.
We hire engineers, researchers, and commercial staff on a remote-distributed basis with market-rate compensation. The Foundation parent exists above us as a structural guarantee that the thing people are building will not get quietly redirected.
