Why we are taking our time

Rollout docs are promises. We do not ship promises we have not kept yet.

A rollout playbook is not a blog post. It is the document your program manager prints and follows for 90 days. The wrong sequence costs real money. So every playbook on this page goes through at least one real customer engagement before it ships publicly. Early copies are available on request, marked as drafts, with the caveats included.

When a playbook ships publicly, it carries a version number, a change log, and a note on who ran it first. That is the standard we think institutional buyers deserve.
