Acceptable Use Policy

The behaviors and uses that keep the platform safe and healthy. Violations are handled under the enforcement section below.

Updated 2026-04-23

Purpose

This policy protects the integrity of the platform, the safety of end users, and the commercial relationships that make the platform sustainable. It applies alongside the Terms of Service and the MSA.

Who it applies to

  • Institutional customers and their affiliates licensed under an Order Form.
  • Administrators and staff users operating the platform on a customer's behalf.
  • End users (employees, students, patients, residents) accessing the platform under an institutional deployment.

What customers may not do

  • Use the platform to harass, defame, or retaliate against employees, students, or any other end user.
  • Store or transmit content that is illegal in the customer's jurisdiction or in ours, including material that sexually exploits minors, incites violence, or facilitates specific criminal activity.
  • Scrape, bulk-export, or replicate the platform, the data model, or the output in a form designed to compete with us.
  • Resell or re-license the platform outside the scope of the Order Form and any negotiated reseller terms.
  • Circumvent access controls, rate limits, or security boundaries. Good-faith security research under our responsible-disclosure policy is welcome and is not a violation.
  • Misrepresent the platform's capabilities or claim unrelated outcomes in public materials.

What end users may not do

  • Harass, threaten, dox, or coordinate harassment against other end users.
  • Impersonate staff, administrators, or other users.
  • Send bulk unsolicited messages or commercial spam through any channel the platform offers.
  • Use the AI companion to generate content designed to harm other users, evade safety boundaries, or extract model internals.
  • Share credentials with parties outside the institutional deployment.
  • Upload content protected by another party's rights without permission.

Enforcement

We may suspend individual accounts, specific content, or (in severe cases) the entire deployment on receipt of a credible report. For less severe issues we contact the institutional customer first and give them a chance to address the behavior.

We document enforcement actions in an audit trail and share that trail with the institutional customer on request. Where a customer pattern suggests systemic misuse, we escalate to the contract owner under the MSA.

Users affected by an enforcement action receive a short, plain explanation and an appeal path. We do not issue silent suspensions.

Reporting abuse

Anyone may report a suspected violation by writing to support@elitesgen.com with the details. Urgent safety issues should include the word URGENT in the subject. For security vulnerabilities, see /trust/security for the responsible-disclosure process.

Governing references

This policy sits alongside the Terms of Service, the MSA template, and the DPA. Where a customer has a negotiated paper, the negotiated terms control, but the operating behaviors described here remain the baseline.

Foundation-backed

Elitesgen, Inc. is wholly owned by Elites Generation Foundation, a 501(c)(3) whose charter legally forbids behavioral advertising and the sale of individual user data.
