What we measure, and how honestly we report it.

Evidence is the point. Everything is disclosed: the measures, the model, the limits, the methodology. If we're not sure, we say so.

What we measure

The measurement table. No footnotes hidden at the back.

Each of the five dimensions is defined, sourced, and reported with explicit limits. If a buyer asks us what a number means, the answer is already on this page.

Dimension
Relationships
What informs it
  • Reciprocity
  • Frequency of meaningful contact
  • Response to vulnerability
How it's reported

Aggregate cohort index with range bands.

Limits

Not a substitute for clinical relationship assessment; no individual relationship scores.

Dimension
Belonging
What informs it
  • Participation cadence
  • Peer reference patterns
  • Inclusion-indicator language
How it's reported

Cohort and sub-cohort movement, quarter over quarter.

Limits

Requires minimum cohort size of 25. Reports suppressed below that.

Dimension
Emotional Health
What informs it
  • Conversation affect range
  • Self-described state distribution
  • Recovery cadence
How it's reported

Index movement with confidence bands, never a clinical score.

Limits

Not a diagnostic instrument. Flagged explicitly as not-a-PHQ-9-substitute.

Dimension
Self-Understanding
What informs it
  • Reflection depth
  • Values articulation
  • Directional clarity over time
How it's reported

Qualitative-to-quantitative composite; methodology footnoted.

Limits

Thin-data populations show wider intervals; we label wide intervals wide.

Dimension
Vitality
What informs it
  • Rest patterns (opt-in)
  • Movement patterns (opt-in)
  • Environmental context
How it's reported

Cohort trend, environmental factor breakdown.

Limits

Opt-in only. We do not fabricate coverage when participation is low.

What we don't measure

The things we refuse to pretend to measure.

Saying no is part of the product. A measurement platform that will not say no to a bad request is not a measurement platform.

  • Individual clinical outcomes. This is a cohort platform; clinical outcomes belong with clinicians.

  • A PHQ-9 or PHQ-2 substitute. We do not imply diagnostic value, and do not accept RFPs that require it.

  • Likert-5 self-report as a primary measure. Self-report is an input, not the measure itself.

  • Engagement-maximized time-on-task. We report it as a diagnostic, not a KPI.

  • Anything that would require individual surveillance to compute.

Methodology transparency

Published. Audit-friendly. Open to your analytics review.

Methodology is the product. If your team cannot reproduce what we report, then what we report is not useful.

01

Published model

The dimension-level model is documented, versioned, and available to customers as part of onboarding review.

02

Audit-friendly

Your analytics team can rebuild our reports from the signal data we expose, on a schedule you control.

03

Customer analytics review

Enterprise customers can run an annual methodology review with our research team, scoped to their deployment.
